RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

✓ Stride With Style must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.

✓ Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after the order’s delivery.

✓ Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange.

✓ Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.

✓ Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or returned

✓ Any merchandise sold during “Flash Sale” cannot be exchanged or returned.

EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

✓ Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we’ve receive the exchanged item.

✓ Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

✓ The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

COUPON CODES

✓ Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press “Apply” to see the order total updated.

✓ We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.

✓ Only one code can be used on a purchase.

✓ Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
